The hotel could improve on its cleanliness standards to ensure a more pleasant stay.

It was great value. The a sauna and a pool were a big plus. Late check-out.

Staying at this hotel for a city break was a good decision. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good AC. The location was convenient, close to the main shopping area and accessible by car. the TV had a good selection of satellite channels, which was a nice surprise.

The communal areas were not clean and the bathroom was outdated. The Wi-Fi did not work well and the noise from outside was not conducive to a restful night's sleep.

After the first night, our used towels were taken and not replaced.

The staff was very helpful and the management was very understanding. We had to evacuate the country because of the political situation and the hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage for almost a week until we could have it picked up.

We had a great view of the city and the room was big and well maintained. i would definitely stay there again

There are good large rooms with LAN & swining pool at top.

Couldn't stay longer.

It is a family hotel close to a big supermarket, 5 minutes driving to a city-center....I stayed in 3 bedrooms royal appartment...it was big and nice Thanks Booked.net

Three problems:1) AC cold only 2) one small fitness room (no female) 3)lazy houskeeping staff.....

Staff were good, not as mentioned in the reviews. They took a while to respond but did everything they can to assure me of a pleasent stay. I would go back again.

When I arrived at the hotel, afer my flight. They said that they didnt have my booking. Imagine having to wait and sort out a room to stay after a flight. But they adjusted me in very well.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and offered a magnificent view.

I couldn't sleep becouse of the voice goming from the next room. I thing their were some workers working at night. the bed was so unconfortable .
